This beautiful 12 acre island (just developed) comes complete with 2 houses, a lean-to and a tree house. The tree house is screened in with beds, the lean-to has an air mattresses and a firepit.
The main house has 3 bedrooms,
1 queen w/computer dial-up, 1 queen, 1 king w/fireplace & deck and 3 full baths (2 jacuzzi tubs).
Second house has 2 bedrooms,
1 king w/deck, queen & 2 twins, 2 full baths (1 jacuzzi tub).
Full time boat man, housekeeper, chef, and guide at your service.
14 boats, custom stainless steel
hot- tub.
Sleeps a maximum of 10 people
$18,000 per week
includes food for 4 people.
